Who carries out the visit?
The technical service is delivered by an independent architect or building expert whose scope is appropriate for the request. Bee-Next/BuyWithPEB organises the dossier and helps coordinate the professional proposal. The professional remains responsible for their own advice and agreed service.
This is not a full structural survey or structural certification, a valuation, legal due diligence, a PEB certificate, a guaranteed renovation-cost estimate or a recommendation to buy. Observations do not guarantee that every defect will be found. Any additional specialist investigation requires its own agreed scope.
